1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Big Tissue ("we", "us", "our"), a business registered in the United Kingdom at 23 Millbank Grove, BT24 8WQ. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Services

We supply custom printed tissue paper. All our products are bespoke — made to your specification. As such, they are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b) — goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the specification changes after the quote is issued.
• Minimum order quantity is 250 sheets.

4. Artwork & Intellectual Property

• You warrant that any artwork, logos, or designs you provide are owned by you or that you have the necessary rights to reproduce them.
• You indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of artwork you have supplied.
• We prepare production artwork for approval before printing at no additional charge.
• We retain no ownership of your artwork and will not use it for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are bespoke and made to your specification:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• We do not offer refunds on completed bespoke orders.
• If there is a genuine fault with your order (e.g. print defect, wrong quantity), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly — either by reprinting or issuing a refund at our discretion.

6. Delivery & Lead Times

• Our typical lead time is 7 working days from artwork approval. This is not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control including, but not limited to, courier delays, weather conditions, supplier issues, equipment faults, and artwork revisions.
• Lead time is an estimate only and is not a condition of sale. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• We offer an urgent 5-day service where possible — please enquire.
• Delivery is to UK and Ireland addresses. For other destinations, please contact us.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

7. Liability

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Colour Accuracy

We print using Pantone spot colours and CMYK process. While we strive for accurate colour reproduction, slight variations between screen colours, proofs, and final printed output are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
