Getting the right size tissue paper matters more than people think. Too big and you're wasting material (and money). Too small and it doesn't wrap properly, which defeats the point. We offer a range of standard sizes and a free cutting service so you get exactly what you need.
Our standard sheet size is 500×700mm, which works for the vast majority of retail and e-commerce applications. But if you need something different — smaller sheets for jewellery boxes or larger ones for wrapping coats — we can sort that out without any extra charge.
Every order is cut in-house on the same 7-day turnaround, whether you go standard or bespoke. There's no minimum uplift for custom dimensions and no separate tooling fee.

Choosing the Right Size for Your Products
The right tissue paper size depends on what you're wrapping and how you're using it. Here's a practical breakdown by industry:
Jewellery & Small Accessories
For ring boxes, earring pouches, and small gift boxes, the standard 500×700mm sheet is far too big. You'd end up with bulky, overstuffed packaging that looks messy rather than premium. A 300×400mm cut-down is much better — it fits neatly inside small boxes without overwhelming the product. Some jewellers go even smaller, around 200×300mm, for individual piece wrapping.

Fashion & Clothing
The standard 500×700mm works well for most clothing items — folded t-shirts, shirts, knitwear. For larger items like coats, dresses on hangers, or suit bags, you might want to step up to 700×1000mm. For smaller items like socks, scarves, or underwear, a 450×600mm or custom cut keeps things neat.

E-Commerce & Subscription Boxes
Most e-commerce mailer boxes and subscription boxes are in the 200×300mm to 350×250mm range. A standard 500×700mm sheet gives you enough to line the box and fold over the top, creating that nice reveal moment. If your boxes are on the smaller side, ask us to cut down to a size that fits without excess folding.

Food & Hospitality
Bakeries and delis typically need smaller sheets — 380×500mm is a common request for lining bread baskets, wrapping sandwiches, or covering trays. Restaurants using tissue paper as tray liners often go for a custom cut that matches their tray dimensions exactly. This reduces waste and keeps presentation consistent.

Gift Wrapping & Hampers
For gift wrapping larger items or filling hamper baskets, the 700×1000mm large format gives you plenty of material to work with. It's also the best option if you want dramatic, overflowing tissue cascading out of a gift bag — that's harder to achieve with a smaller sheet.

Need a size that isn't listed above? No problem. We'll cut your tissue paper to any dimensions you need, and there's no extra charge for it. Just tell us the size when you place your order.
Custom cutting also helps reduce waste. If you're currently using standard-sized sheets and folding away excess material, switching to a precise cut means less paper per unit and lower costs over time — especially at volume.

Cutting tolerance is ±3mm on either dimension. If tighter tolerances are critical for your packaging line, let us know at quote stage.
Common Sizing Questions
How do I measure the right size for my box?
Measure the internal length and width of the box, then add roughly 1.5x for overhang so the tissue folds neatly over the product. For a 200×300mm mailer, a 500×700mm sheet gives a generous reveal without excess bulk.
Do you supply tissue on rolls?
We supply flat, pre-cut sheets only. It's what most retail and e-commerce operations actually use, and it avoids the trimming and waste that comes with roll stock.
Can I mix multiple sizes in one order?
Yes, provided each size hits the 250-sheet minimum. Mixed-size orders are common for brands running different product ranges through the same packaging.
What's the biggest sheet you can print?
700×1000mm is our maximum. Beyond that we'd recommend splitting the design across two sheets or moving to a different substrate — get in touch and we'll advise.
Does the print area match the sheet size?
Almost. We leave a 3–5mm safe zone around the edge to allow for cutting tolerance. Your artwork can bleed to the edge — we handle the trim.
Can I match a competitor's tissue size?
Yes. Send us a sample or the dimensions and we'll match it exactly, including any custom folds you need.
